We have seven rooms here at The Heritage, and these rooms can be booked directly with us by calling 01305 789073 or emailing to rooms@theheritagebandb.com. Booking direct will mean we can offer you our best rates.

 

All four of the first floor rooms (Fleet, Chesil, Hardy & Nothe) can also be booked online.  When booking online, if you cannot find the availability or dates you require please give us a call to double check as we will do our best to accommodate you.

Payment

 

We accept cash, debit cards and Visa/Mastercard credit cards.
Payments to be made at your convenience during your stay or at check-out upon departure.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

We do not require a deposit for direct bookings, but ask that you let us know asap if your plans change and you need to cancel or re-arrange, so we can try and re-let the room.

 

Check In (3.30pm – 8pm)

 

Rooms are available to guests from 3.30 pm. We would appreciate it if you could let us know if your arrival time will be after 8pm.
Rooms must be vacated by 11 am.

We welcome children over the age of 12 years.

 

Sorry, but we do not accept dogs or pets.
